Troubleshoothing Please check before requesting a repair. Symptom Please check Ref. page Start cooking as ● Is the current time displayed correctly? This is the inherent characteristics of IH (induction heating) mode, and is not a malfunction. ● Is "8:30" displayed when the power plug is plugged in? - [Display] lithium batteries are exhausted. Just plug in the power plug and you can cook and keep warm, but when you want to have a timer for cooking, you must check the current time every time. In this case, please replace them with new batteries. Batteries are fixed into the main body, and users cannot replace them by themselves. [Do not display] circuit board malfunction. →To replace batteries or for a faulty repair, please go to the Panasonic authorized service center.
