I ATRIUM SUB100 PAINTING THE SUB100 SUBWOOFER While the Atrium SUB100 has a colorimpregnated finish that enables it to blend in with your landscaping and outdoor furnishings, the cabinet is paintable. Should you choose to paint your speakers, follow these instructions: Before you begin, you will need: • A spray can of primer paint (Krylon Sandable Spray Primer #1318). • A spray can of the outdoor paint of your choice. • Masking tape. • Paint mask (not included) to cover un-paintable parts. PREPARING TO PAINT Carefully mask off the following: • driver • eyebolt • cable PAINTING THE CABINET 1. Apply two thin coats of primer to the cabinet. 2. When the primer is completely dry, apply the finish color. Multiple coats may be required for a consistent look. 3. When the paint is completely dry, remove the masking material. 4 .
