HOW TO ADJUST THE WEIGHT BENCH The instructions below describe how each part of the weight bench can be adjusted. Refer to the exercise information accompanying your weight set (not included) to see the correct form for each exercise. Pad (6) must be attached to the weight bench. Insert the Curl Post (5) into the indicated opening in the Frame (4). Position the Curl Post at the desired height and align one of the holes in the Curl Post with the indicated hole in the Frame. Insert an Adjustment Pin (17) into the holes.
