5. Slide the Seat (23) to the front of the Rail (2). Next, attach the Rear Stop (87) to the Rail (2) with two M4 x 8mm Screws (104). Then, attach the Rail Cap (38) to the Rail (2) with two M4 x 19mm Screws (69). 5 23 104 2 87 69 38 69 6. While a second person holds the Console (75) near the Upright (77), plug the Upright Wire (84) into the receptacles on the Console. The connector on the Upright Wire (84) should slide easily into the receptacle and snap into place. If the connector does not slide easily into the receptacle, turn the connector and try again. If you do not connect the connector properly, the Console (75) may become damaged when you use the rower. Insert the excess wire into the Upright (77) or into the Console (75). Tip: Avoid pinching the wires. Avoid pinching
the wires

While a second person holds the Console (75)
near the Upright (77), plug the Upright Wire (84)
into the receptacles on the Console.
The connector on the Upright Wire (84)
should slide easily into the receptacle and
snap into place.
If the connector does not slide
easily into the receptacle, turn the connector and
try again.
If you do not connect the connector
properly, the Console (75) may become dam

aged when you use the rower.
Insert the excess wire into the Upright (77) or
into the Console (75).
Tip: Avoid pinching the wires.

Console (75) to the Upright (77) with four
M4 x 12mm Screws (105);
start all the Screws,
and then tighten them.
