ADJUSTMENTS SEAT ADJUSTMENT To maximize cycling benefit and to avoid injury, it is important that the seat height be properly adjusted. To check for proper adjustment, place your feet on the pedals with the pedal at the lowest position. There should be a very slight bend to the knee. To adjust the seat height: A. Turn the T-wingbolt counter-clockwise to loosen it. B. Adjust the seat to the proper height. C. Retighten the T-wingbott. PEDALING RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT The pedaling resistance can be adjusted to a level that is suitable to you. There are 5 key resistance levels, which can be set in the following manner: A. Turn the Resistance Control Knob counterclockwise until it stops. B. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the resistance: Two complete turns = level 1. Three complete turns = level 2. Four complete turns = level 3. Five complete turns = level 4. Six complete turns = level 5. HANDLEBAR ADJUSTMENT The handlebars can easily be adjusted to an angle that is comfortable for you. To adjust the handlebar angle: A. Loosen the T-wingnut on the handlebar clamp. B. Adjust to the desired angle. C. Retighten the T-wingnut.
