04 Operation Operation Using the Surround Modes Using the AUDIO EFFECT Button On the Front of the Main Unit Selecting the DPLIIx mode 1. Press the AUDIO EFFECT button to select DPLIIx mode. • Each time you press this button,    3D SOUND will be selected in turn. 2. Press the button. • Each time you press the button, MUSIC  GAME  MATRIX  PL  PL OFF  MOVIE will be selected in turn. • If you turn Dolby Pro Logic IIz on, HEIGHT  PL OFF will be selected in turn. • You can also select the DPLIIx mode by pressing the PROLOGIC button on the remote control. Selecting the NEO:6 mode 1. Press the AUDIO EFFECT button briefly to select NEO:6 mode. • Each time you press this button,    3D SOUND will be selected in turn. 2. Press the button. • Each time you press the button, MUSIC  CINEMA  OFF will be selected in turn. • You can also select the NEO:6 mode by pressing the NEO : 6 button on the remote control. Selecting the DSP mode 1. Press the AUDIO EFFECT button to select DSP mode. • Each time you press this button,    3D SOUND will be selected in turn. 2. Press the button. • Each time you press the button, STEREO  HALL 1 HALL 2  J.CLUB  CHURCH  ROCK  CLASSIC  LIVE  GAME  MOVIE  CONCERT  STADIUM will be selected in turn. • You can also select the DSP mode by pressing the DSP button on the remote control. Selecting the 3D SOUND mode 1. Press the AUDIO EFFECT button to select 3D SOUND mode. • Each time you press this button,    3D SOUND will be selected in turn. 2. Press the button. • Each time you press the button, 3D SOUND ON  3D SOUND OFF will be selected in turn. • You can also select the 3D SOUND mode by pressing the 3D SOUND button on the remote control. ✎ NOTE  The 3D sound effect will not be available for Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS-HD Master Audio and DTS-HD High Resolution Audio.  You cannot use Dolby Pro Logic llx mode for Analog multi channel signals, LPCM multi channel signals from HDMI, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, DTS-HD Master Audio and DTS-HD High Resolution Audio.  Pro Logic works with the audio signals with sampling frequencies of 32KHz, 44KHz or 48KHz.  The 3D sound effect will not be available for FM. 47 English HW-D600_D650S_XAA_0616.indd 47 2011-06-16 10:28:02
