Sprint Family Locator Sprint Family Locator lets you locate any phone on your Sprint family plan instantly-from your mobile phone, tablet or computer. Update Sprint Family Locator The first time you use Sprint Family Locator, you will be prompted to update the app. 1. From home, tap Apps > Sprint Family Locator . 2.
