Selecting an Announcement for Screen Call To select a Screen Call announcement: 1. Select >Tools >Voice Services > Screen Call > Announcement. 2. Depending on your preference, select Pre-Recorded or Custom. Recording Your Name for a Prerecorded Announcement You can use a prerecorded announcement with or without your name. If you record your name, your phone adds your name to the prerecorded message to announce that you are not available to answer calls. To record your name: 1. Select >Tools >Voice Services > Screen Call > Announcement. 2. Select Pre-Recorded and press Edit (right softkey). 3. Select Record Name and press . Ⅲ If your name has already been recorded, select Yes to overwrite the existing recording. 4. Press to start the first recording. (Press to stop recording.) 5. To select a Screen Call announcement:

Announcement

your name. If you record your name, your phone adds your
