Once a Rapid Key or Speed Dial number is programmed, you can send a document to a fax or e-mail destination with out having to dial the full fax number or enter the full e-mail address. (Note: For information on using Rapid Key and Speed Dial numbers, see Chapter 3 of the Operation Manual.) • Set up the E-MAIL key on the Color MFP unit Use the Control Panel to set up the E-MAIL key on the Color MFP unit. The E-MAIL key lets you scan a document from the Color MFP unit directly into your selected e-mail program. • Install and maintain ink cartridges The Control Panel gives you an easy means of installing, changing, and maintaining ink cartridges in your Color MFP unit.

The SHARP AJ5030 Control Panel lets you use your computer to
perform the following operations on the Color MFP unit:
• Program auto dial numbers in the Color MFP unit
The Control Panel lets you program auto dial numbers (Rapid Key
and Speed Dial numbers) in the Color MFP unit for fax and e-mail.
Once a Rapid Key or Speed Dial number is programmed, you can
send a document to a fax or e-mail destination with out having to
dial the full fax number or enter the full e-mail address.

numbers, see Chapter 3 of the Operation Manual.)
• Set up the E-MAIL key on the Color MFP unit
Use the Control Panel to set up the E-MAIL key on the Color MFP
unit. The E-MAIL key lets you scan a document from the Color MFP
unit directly into your selected e-mail program.
• Install and maintain ink cartridges
The Control Panel gives you an easy means of installing, changing,
and maintaining ink cartridges in your Color MFP unit.
