A stack is a multi-page document you create by combining two or
more documents or other stacks while in Thumbnail View or List
View. In Thumbnail View, stacks look just like a stack of papers.
Stacking is a convenient way to keep related documents together,
and to save space in the Sharp Desktop. To create a stack, select
the documents you want to stack with the pointer while holding down
the
Ctrl
key on your keyboard, and then press the
Stack
button in
the Toolbar, or choose
Stack
from the Tools menu. Documents that
you inadvertently select can be unselected by clicking on them once
(while still holding down the
Ctrl
key) before creating the document
stack.
To unstack all documents in a stack, simply select the document
stack by clicking on it once, and then press the
Unstack
button in the
Toolbar, or select
Unstack
from the Tools menu. You can also
unstack only the top page of the stack, by pressing the
Unstack top
page
button or by selecting
Unstack Top Page
from the Tools
menu.
