Once you have selected the tool, click anywhere in the document to create a text box, and then enter text. This box will disappear when text insertion is complete and will reappear whenever the text is reselected. If you wish to enter more than one line of text, use a Sticky Note instead. • Sticky Note tool This tool allows you to paste a memo sheet over a document containing a short text message. You can select both the text color and the background color, which will take effect when text insertion is complete. • Rubber Stamp tool This places text resembling a rubber stamp marking on a document. There are six preset stamps-APPROVED, CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT, FINAL, RECEIVED, and REJECTED- and you can also create your own messages. • Crop tool Use this tool to select an area of an image that you want to keep. All parts outside of the selected area are erased.

• Add Text tool
Add Text is used to insert a single line of text into a document. Once
you have selected the tool, click anywhere in the document to create
a text box, and then enter text. This box will disappear when text
insertion is complete and will reappear whenever the text is re-
selected. If you wish to enter more than one line of text, use a Sticky
Note instead.
• Sticky Note tool
This tool allows you to paste a memo sheet over a document
containing a short text message. You can select both the text color
and the background color, which will take effect when text insertion
is complete.
• Rubber Stamp tool
This places text resembling a rubber stamp marking on a
document. There are six preset stamps—APPROVED,
CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT, FINAL, RECEIVED, and REJECTED—
and you can also create your own messages.
• Crop tool
Use this tool to select an area of an image that you want to keep.
