SETTING THE PRINTER DRIVER I Selecting document filing The procedure for always using the document filing function is explained below as an example. This setting is selected in the [Job Handling] tab of the printer driver window. 1 Follow steps 1 and 2 on page 1-2. 2 Click the [Job Handling] tab. 4 Enter a user name and a job name in the "Job ID" field. 5 Click the [Apply] button. 3 Select the [Document Filing] checkbox. 6 Click the [OK] button. The document filing function will now be used each time you print a job. Selecting document filing

Click the [Job Handling] tab.

Select the [Document Filing] checkbox.
