AUTOMATIC COOKING HEALTHY COOKING CHART FOOD AMOUNT PROCEDURE FOOD POSITON Vegetables Place vegetables in the steam tray on 2 1. Quick cooking 1 - 6 servings the glass tray. Asparagus spears (medium) 1 - 4 (1serving = 6spears) Broccoli florets 1 - 6 (cups) Cauliflower florets 1 - 6 (cups) Zucchini (1/4-inch thick slices) 1 - 6 (cups) 2. Med. cooking 1 - 6 servings Carrots (Sliced: 1/4-inch thick slices) 1 - 6 (cups) Green beans (Cut into 2-inch pieces) 1 - 6 (cups) 3. Long cooking 1 - 6 servings Carrots (Baby) 1 - 6 (cups) Corn on the cob 1 - 6 (ears) Acorn squash (Small, Cut into halves) 1 - 4 (halves) Fish 1. Fish steaks (1/4-1/2 inch thick) 2. Fish fillets (3/4-1 inch thick) 0.3 - 2 lb 0.3 - 2 lb Spray the steam tray with nonstick 2 cooking spray. Place fish in the steam tray on the glass tray. Eggs 1. Poached eggs 1 - 4 eggs 2. Hard boiled eggs * You don't need to select quantity. 1 - 6 eggs Put each egg into a greased custard 2 cup and place custard cup(s) on the rack in the steam tray on the glass tray. Place eggs in the steam tray on the 2 glass tray. Steam defrost 1. Fish steaks (1/4-1/2 inch thick) 2. Fish fillets (3/4-1 inch thick) 0.3 - 1 lb 0.3 - 1 lb Place fish on microwave-safe rack or 1 dish. Place the dish on the oven floor directly. When the oven stops, turn over the fish. After defrosting, remove any water and icy glace and allow to stand 5-10 minutes until thoroughly defrost. Combination meal 1. Quick veg + Fish/Chicken fillets 6 Asparagus spears (medium) 1cup Broccoli florets 1cup Cauliflower 1cup Zucchini (1/4-inch thick slices) 0.5lb Fish fillet 2 fillets (around 0.2lb per 1fillet) 1 - 4 portion 2. Med veg + Fish/Chicken fillets 1 - 4 portion 1cup Carrots (Sliced: 1/4-inch thick slices) 1cup Green beans (cut into 2-inch pieces) 0.5lb Fish fillet 2 fillets (around 0.2lb per 1fillet) 3. Long veg + Fish/Chicken fillets 1 - 4 portion 1cup Carrots (Baby) 1ears Corn on the cob half Acorn squash (Small, Cut into halves) 0.5lb Fish fillet 2 fillets (around 0.2lb per 1fillet) Place vegetables in the steam tray. Vegetable:3 Place fish fillets or chicken fillets in Fish/Chicken:2 the other steam try on the glass tray. Place the glass tray with fish fillets or chicken fillets on the steam tray into the oven. Start to cook. When the oven stops, place the steam tray with vegetables into the oven. Continue to cook. Place vegetables in the steam tray. Vegetable:3 Place fish fillets or chicken fillets in Fish/Chicken:2 the other steam tray on the glass tray. Place the trays into the oven. Start to cook. Place vegetables in the steam tray.
