Send/Receive Documents Creating and Using Personal Books Creating and Using Personal Books Personal books can be created that allow inviduals to program Rapid Key and Speed Dial numbers for their own personal use. Up to 20 books can be created in the FO-DC535, or 40 books in the FO-DC635. ♦ Up to 59 Rapid Key numbers and 16 Speed Dial numbers can be programmed in each personal book. ♦ You can program a 4-digit passcode for a personal book. When this is done, the passcode must be entered to use or edit the book. Creating a personal book To create a new personal book, follow the steps below. ♦ You can also use this procedure to edit a previously created book.
