Before Using the LCD TV Set To use your LCD TV set, perform steps below. 1 Check the supplied accessories. (See page 5.) 2 Insert two "AAA" size batteries into the remote control. (See page 7.) • Open the battery cover, and then insert batteries with their terminals corresponding to the (+) and (-) indications in the battery compartment. 3 Open the terminal cover. (See page 8.) • Pull down the hook located on the upper side of terminal cover to open the cover. 4 Connect the antenna cable. (See page 8.) 5 Connect with external devices. (See page 13.) INPUT1 Terminal (COMPONENT) Terminal for component connection. INPUT2 Terminal Terminal for S-video connection. INPUT3/OUTPUT Terminal Terminal for INPUT/OUTPUT connection. 6 Connect the AC cord to the AC INPUT terminal of the LCD TV set and plug in the AC cord to the wall outlet. (See page 9.) 7 Turn on the main power. (See page 16.) Press POWER on the upper side of the main unit. The POWER/WAKE UP TIMER indicator located on the front of the main unit changes from red to green. POWER POWER/WAKE UP TIMER indicator 8 Start EZ SETUP. (See page 14.) • The broadcasting channels and clock will be memorized automatically. 6
