Using On-Screen Menu Setting up the Projector for a Wired LAN Connection [WIRED LAN] Important • Consult with your network administrator about these settings. • When using a wired LAN connection, connect a LAN cable (Ethernet cable) to the LAN port (RJ-45) of the projector. (→ page 92) TIP: The network settings you make will not be affected even when [RESET] is done from the menu. [WIRED LAN] [SETTINGS] [RECONNECT] [DISABLE] Wired LAN connection will be turned off. [ENABLE] Wired LAN connection will be turned on. [DHCP] ON IP address, subnet mask, and gateway will be automatically assigned to the projector from your DHCP server. OFF Specify IP address, subnet mask, and gateway assigned by your network administrator. [IP ADDRESS] Set your IP address of the network connected to the projector. [SUBNET MASK] Set your subnet mask number of the network connected to the projector. [GATEWAY] Set the default gateway of the network connected to the projector. [AUTO DNS] ON DHCP server will automatically assign IP address of DNS server connected to the projector. OFF Set your IP address of DNS server connected to the projector. Retry to connect the projector to a network. 76
