What to do if... Problem The machine does not dispense steam. Possible causes Keys (13) and (14) flash in sequence. The machine did not reach the steam dispensing temperature. Lime scale build-up. Solution Wait for the temperature to be reached. Perform a descaling cycle. The machine looses water from the base. The coffee bean container cannot be repositioned, The coffee only escapes from one of the two nozzles. The nozzles are clogged. Drip tray inserted incorrectly. Drip tray full. Water tank not introduced correctly. Presence of coffee beans on the grinder ring. The coffee is not pressed well. The nozzles were not cleaned after dispensing. Not enough coffee has been inserted. The manometer does not indicate the pressure. The coffee hasn't been pressed enough. Circuit problem. Check and introduce it well. Empty the drip tray. Introduce the tank into its seat correctly. Clean the coffee bean container using the relevant cleaning brush supplied. Check horizontal pressing is performed. Clean the nozzles well. Increase the quantity of coffee and repeat the operation.
