Additional calling functions Tone signals You can use banking services or control an answering machine with tone signals during a call. To use tone signals 1 During the call, press More } Enable tones. 2 Press keypad numbers to send tones. 3 Press to clear the screen. Notepad Use the screen as a notepad to enter a phone number during a call. Disable tones prior to using the notepad to prevent them from sounding during the call. % 28 To use tone signals. To call or save from the notepad • During a call, enter a phone number: • Call to call the number. • More } Save number to save the number. Showing or hiding your number With Caller ID, you can show or hide your number when you make a call. Groups You can create a group of numbers and email addresses for messaging % 29 Messaging. You can use groups (with numbers) to create accepted caller lists % 26 Accept calls.
