Table of Contents Enjoy Useful Functions Tips IRE (Institute of Radio Engineers) is a measure of the video signal level that is used as the bases of brightness; the reference level (pedestal level) is set to 0 (%) and the maximum level (completely white level) is set to 100 (%). Peaking (HDR-CX700/CX700V) You can display an image on the screen with its outlines enhanced. This function helps you to adjust the focus. You can select peaking color. The enhanced outlines will not be recorded on the image. Off Does not display the enhanced outlines. White Displays the enhanced outlines in white. Red Displays the enhanced outlines in red. Yellow Displays the enhanced outlines in yellow. Notes The enhanced outlines may not appear in a dark location. Audio Level Display You can select whether or not to display the audio level meter. On Displays the audio level meter. Tips When [Audio Mode] is set to [2ch Stereo], the 2 (left and right) audio level meters on the upper level move. Index Off Does not display the audio level meter.
