Removing the Protective Cap If a cap is fitted on the end of the power tool's drive tube: If the plug comes out of the drive tube when you pull off the cap: N Push the plug into the drive tube as far as stop. Removing the gearbox or attachment Remove any existing gearbox or interchangeable attachment from the basic power tool.
