Page 2 Technical Information 02.2005 The new STIHL MS 192 T tree surgery chain saw is tailored for professional tree care. Areas of use are gardening and landscaping, roadside tree trimming and park maintenance. The STIHL MS 192 T is the lightest tree surgery chainsaw of its performance class. Its light weight, low vibrations and ergonomic design make it easy and comfortable to work with. Other features enhancing comfort of use are: - Fuel cap openable without tools - Transparent tanks - Manual fuel pump - Side chain tension - Microprocessor-controlled ignition system for jerk-free starting Even with its light weight, the STIHL MS 192 T offers powerful torque. The accelerator pump in the carburetor and the microprocessor-controlled ignition system ensure fast, spontaneous acceleration and generate a clean cut - an important advantage in tree care. Despite the compact design, the MS 192 T is a snap to service. All service-related components are accessible in a few easy steps. Tree surgery chainsaws are only to be used by trained tree surgery professionals. They are not for typical tree felling or creating firewood. Regional safety regulations must be observed. Warnings, identification Since mid-2004, all tree surgery chainsaws have to come with a special tag (TI 19.2004). The tag notes that these chainsaws are only for users trained in tree surgery. The tag must be in the sales room and on the chainsaw when it is sold to the customer. TI_02_2005_11_01_01.fm
