DA-6400/DA-6400dp New functions in firmware version 3.00 The following new functions have been added in firmware version 3.00. o A time counter dimmer function has been added to make the take name stand out on the Home Screen by making the time counter darker. o A setting has been added to show the playback setting status of the AUTO READY and theater play functions on the Home Screen. o A lock function has been added to enable the prevention of mark setting. o A function has been added to turn on/off the display of pop-up messages when setting marks and when setting marks is locked. o An ABS mode has been added to the time display modes. o Entry number and time counter display and a time mode switching function have been added to the playlist entry editing (ADJUST) screen. o Mark names that match the current time are now shown on the playlist entry editing (ADJUST) screen. o A function has been added that enables switching to the playlist entry editing (ADJUST) screen by pressing the F5 key on a connected keyboard. o Operation has been improved when in Individual mode on the INPUT MONITOR and REC FUNCTION screens. o The first track can now be moved to by pressing the . [MARK .] button while pressing and holding the 8 button. Time counter dimmer function added A time counter dimmer function has been added to make the take name stand out on the Home Screen by making only the timer counter darker. Setting the time counter dimmer function This setting is made with the TIME COUNTER DIMMER item added to the PREFERENCES 2 menu page. o Parts shown darker on the Home Screen according to the DIMMER Level setting DIMMER Level This sets the brightness of the time counter on the Home Screen. Option Option OFF (default) This disables the time counter dimmer function. This enables the time counter dimmer 1-8 function, making only the time counter darker. Higher numbers make it darker. 1 Time counter 2 Remaining media capacity 3 TC indicator characters 4 Audio clock type 5 SOLO indicator 6 Take number NOTE At the top of the TIME COUNTER DIMMER screen, a time counter, the take name and other data appears the same way as on the Home Screen. This setting is made with the
TIME COUNTER DIMMER

Screen.
