Area Table Process: Select: Area ID: Area Type: Summary: Redistribution: Default Cost: Default Route Advertise: Metric Type: Metric: SPF runs: ABR Count: Area LSA Count: Area LSA Checksum: Select one OSPF Process to display its area list. Select the desired item for configuration. It is multi-optional. Displays the configured area. Displays the type of the area and it can be modified. Displays the Summary parameter and it can be modified. Displays the Redistribution parameter and it can be modified. Displays the stub cost of the area and it can be modified. Displays the Default Route Advertise status and it can be modified. Displays the type of default route and it can be modified. Displays the metric of default route and it can be modified. Displays the number of times that the intra-area route table has been calculated using this area's link-state database. This is typically done using Dijkstra's algorithm. Displays the total number of area border routers reachable within this area. This is initially zero, and is calculated in each SPF Pass. Displays the total number of link-state advertisements in this area's link-state database, excluding AS-External LSAs. Displays the 32-bit unsigned sum of the link-state advertisements' LS checksums contained in this area's link-state database. This sum excludes external (LS type 5) link-state advertisements. The sum can be used to determine if there has been a change in a router's link state database, and to compare the link-state databases of two routers. 229
