Setting the Clock Time 1. Press and hold the ¾ Clock Button until the display begins flashing. 2. While still pressing the ¾ Clock Button, press the ³ Rewind/Minute Button or the · F. Forward/Hour Button to set the correct time. Press the buttons once to advance the time slowly, or hold the button to advance rapidly. Be sure to set the correct AM or PM time, as shown by the PM Indicator in the lowerright-hand corner of the display. 3. After setting the time, release the ¾ Clock Button to return the display to normal mode. Listening to Compact Discs Playing Compact Discs 1. Press the » CD Door Open Button. The CD door will unlock and open. 2. Place a CD on the spindle with the printed side facing up, then gently close the CD Player door. 3. Press the ´ CD Play/Pause/Aux Button. The CD Track Indicator will appear on the display for a few seconds before returning to the time display. The CD will begin to play the first track. 4. To pause play, press the ´ CD Play/Pause/Aux Button while the CD is playing. The CD Track Indicator will appear on the display and flash for a few seconds. Press the ´ CD Play/Pause/Aux Button again to continue play. The CD Track Indicator will appear on the display again. 5. During play the clock will appear on the display. To show the current CD track, press the Ƹ Display Button. 6. During play you can adjust the volume level using the ƻ Volume Thumbwheel. 7. To stop play before the CD has ended, press the ² CD Stop Button. The CD Player can also be turned off by pressing the ¶ Alarm Reset/Off Button. Important! After you are finished listening to either the CD Player or the radio, make sure you turn off the CD/Radio power by pressing the ¶ Alarm Reset/Off Button. Don't connect MP3 or other devices into ƿ Line-In Jack while listening to CD or radio. Skipping to a CD Track 1. Press the · F. Forward/Hour Button to skip to the beginning of the next track. 2. Press the ³ Rewind/Minute Button to skip back to the beginning of the track that is playing. Press the ³ Rewind/Minute Button again to skip to the beginning of the previous track. 3. Repeatedly press the ³ Rewind/Minute or · F. Forward/Hour Button to skip to a specific CD track. 9

Setting the Clock Time

Listening to Compact Discs
Playing Compact Discs
1.
Press the

CD Door Open

.
The CD door will unlock and open.

Place a CD on the spindle with the printed side facing up, then gently close the CD Player door.

The
CD Track Indicator
will appear on the display for a few

The CD will begin to play the first track.

To pause play, press the
