Press ENTER. 9. Press EXIT to close the on-screen display. 10. Repeat steps 1-9 for other channels you want to clear from your favorite channel list. Using the V-Chip You can use the V-Chip feature to block certain programs or channels, thereby preventing others from viewing them. Selecting a PIN code Before you can block programs and channels, you need to select a personal identification number (PIN) code. The PIN code you select allows you to access the V-Chip menu and prevents others from changing the rating and blocking limits you set. To select your PIN code and access the V-Chip menu: 1. Press MENU. 2. Press x or • to highlight the SET UP menu. 3. Press y or z to highlight V-CHIP CONTROL. 4. Press x or • to display the Enter PIN Code screen. Use the Channel Number buttons (0-9) to enter your PIN code. If you are accessing the V-Chip menu for the first time, select a four-digit number to be your PIN code.
