If you do not find a solution to your hardware problem in this section, refer to "If Something Goes Wrong" on page 189. If you receive an error message telling you there is a device driver conflict or a general hardware problem, try using Windows® 98 Second Edition Help to troubleshoot the problem first. For help on hardware conflicts: 1 From the Windows® Help menu, click the Contents tab, then double-click Troubleshooting. 2 Click hardware conflict and follow the steps. If there is still a problem, a message should display that explains what the conflict is. If this happens, you may need to solve the problem on your own.
