117 Utilities and Applications TOSHIBA Recovery Media Creator TOSHIBA Recovery Media Creator The TOSHIBA Recovery Media Creator utility enables you to create recovery media that can be used to return your system to its out-of-box state, if necessary. For detailed information on using the utility to create recovery media, see "Creating a recovery drive using TOSHIBA Recovery Media Creator" on page 55. Service Station The Service Station helps you keep your new device running at its best by notifying you when updated software, firmware, documentation or other information is available for your device. The Service Station will alert you when updates are available, and you can then choose to install the updates if you wish, or you can follow the instructions below to open the Service Station. 1 In the Search field, type Service Station. 2 Click or touch Service Station ( ).
