70 Getting Started Setting up the fax function 4 Click Add a printer. The Add Printer Wizard window appears. Sample Add Printer Wizard 5 Follow the on-screen instructions. HINT: If you are using more than one printer, make sure the name is descriptive enough to help you tell the difference. Setting up the fax function To set up the fax capability: 1 Click Start, Printers and Faxes. The Printers and Faxes window appears.
