Operation Apply power to your target scanner and set its Baud Rate to the highest setting. Make sure that the Remote Control cable is properly connected, and rotate the VOL control clockwise past OFF until it clicks. Operation
Apply power to your target scanner and set its Baud

If you have not connected a target scanner, you see
the screen below. If the BC-RH96 remains on while
you turn on the scanner, this display is automatically
