Local internet environments vary. Check the following points for possible solutions. Mobile device displays black screen and/or temporarily disconnects from the WDVR system Make sure the WDVR system is operating with sufficient internet bandwidth, 1.5Mbps (upload speed) per camera is suggested. • For best performance, mobile device(s) need to be on Wi-Fi or 4G mobile network to receive maximum download speed. • Internet transmission may be low. Your WDVR app automatically switches to Relay Mode. Adjusting image quality to LOW (see page 12) may improve WDVR APP performance. • Internet bandwidth is limited. For best performance, no more than two users should connect to the WDVR simultaneously. • Make sure your smart-mobile device(s) is equipped with up-to-date technology; a 1.5GHz dual core processor or equivalent is suggested. • Verify that the memory card is CLASS10 rated. If you are using a microSD card other than the one provided, there may be compatibility issues. Use one of the following microSD cards. MicroSD card won't work.
