ASSEMBLY Place all parts in a cleared area and remove the packing materials. Do not dispose of the packing materials until the bike is fully assembled and all parts are accounted for. Read the instructions below carefully before beginning. 1. Attach the Rear Stabilizer (14) the Frame (30) with two Carriage Bolts (13), Washers (23) and Nuts (22). (The Stabilizer must be turned so that the indented holes in the Stabilizer are toward the Frame.) 22 23 14 30 2. Press the two Roller Bushings (33) into the Frame (30) with a twisting motion. Slide the end of the Roller Axle (69) through the Bushings. Press the unassembled Roller (34) onto the end of the Axle. Be sure that both Rollers are completly seated on the Axle. 3. Raise the Seat Post (9) to the maximum height and insert the Seat Post Pin (12). Remove the four Seat Nuts (8) from the underside of the Seat (7). Attach the Seat to top of the Seat Post with the four Nuts. Remove the Seat Post Pin and adjust the Seat to the desired height. Reinsert the Pin fully. 4. Attach the Mounting Bracket (4) to the Frame (30) with the two Bracket Screws (55). (Be sure the excess wiring is tucked inside the Mounting Bracket.) 23 13 33 30 69 7 8 11 1: 9 30 5 4 30 5

Attach
the
Rear

the
Frame
(30)
with
two
Carriage
Bolts
(13),
Washers
(23)
and
Nuts
(22).
(The
Stabilizer
must
be
turned
so
that
the
indented
holes
in
the
Stabilizer
are
toward
the
Frame.)
2.
Press
the
two
Roller
Bushings
(33)
into
the
Frame
(30)
with
a
twisting
motion.
Slide
the
end
of
the
Roller
Axle
(69)
through
the
Bushings.
Press
the
unassembled
Roller
(34)
onto
the
end
of
the
Axle.
Be
sure
that
both
Rollers
are
completly
seated
on
the
Axle.
3.
Raise
the
Seat
Post
(9)
to
the
maximum
height
and
insert
the
Seat
Post
Pin
(12).
Remove
the
four
Seat
Nuts
(8)
from
the
underside
of
the
Seat
(7).
Attach
the
Seat
to
top
of
the
Seat
Post
with
the
four
Nuts.
Remove
the
Seat
Post
Pin
and
adjust
the
Seat
to
the
desired
height.
Reinsert
the
Pin
fully.
4.
Attach
the
Mounting
Bracket
(4)
to the
Frame
(30)
with
the
two
Bracket
Screws
(55).
(Be
sure
the
excess
wiring
is
tucked
inside
the
Mounting
Bracket.)
