RECIPES LOW-FAT STRAWBERRY ORANGE SMOOTHIE 2 cups 1⁄2 cup 1 cup 1 cup 1 cup strawberries orange juice skim milk plain nonfat yogurt ice Pour in liquid ingredients. Add all frozen ingredients.
