Clearing the Q1213 sensor Clearing the Q1213 sensor should be performed only when directed by a Customer Support Center Representative. NOTE: Perform the following when it is necessary to clear the Q1213 sensor. 1. Open the finisher doors. WARNING The top of the binder is approximately 425°F (218°C). Do not touch the heated areas or you may get burned. If the binder has been in a "Ready" condition, allow it to cool for at least 1 hour before continuing the procedure. 2. Clearing the Q1213 sensor
Clearing the Q1213 sensor should be performed only when
directed by a Customer Support Center Representative.
NOTE:
Perform the following when it is necessary to clear the
Q1213 sensor.
1.
Open the finisher doors.
WARNING
The top of the binder is approximately 425°F (218°C).
Do not
touch the heated areas or you may get burned.
If the binder
has been in a "Ready" condition, allow it to cool for at least
1 hour before continuing the procedure.
2.
Grasp the green handle on the binder drawer.
Pull the
drawer out until it stops.
3.
Locate the Q1213 sensors, as shown in figure 6-16.
