The number of sheets that can be loaded depends on the item. I Keep unused labels, cards, and inserts sealed in their original packaging to avoid moisture and dryness problems, which can cause poor print quality. I Store unused labels, cards, and inserts flat in their containers. I Rotate stock frequently. Long periods of storage can cause the labels, cards, and inserts to curl and jam the printer.
