Start button and using the command sequence Start: Programs: Xerox Utility: Xerox File System Manager. You should see the Xerox File System Manager main window appear: Step 9: The Xerox File System Manager automatically assigns the duplicator hard disk drive to the first available free drive letter. If a drive is not automatically assigned, you can assign one by performing a Change Drive Letter procedure.
