Functions Using the Metronome By using the metronome, you can practice with an accurate tempo, and confirm the actual tempo by hearing it. While holding down the [FUNCTION] button, press the C3 key to start the metronome. To stop the metronome, press again the C3 key while holding down the [FUNCTION] button. F#4 (Default volume) C3 (On/Off) G4 (Volume up 1) F4 (Volume down 1) Highest key The metronome volume can be adjusted in steps. Use the F4 - G4 keys while holding down the [FUNCTION] button. Adjusting the tempo You can adjust the tempo of the Songs, Styles or metronome over a range of 5 - 500 beats per minute. To specify a three-digit value While holding down the [FUNCTION] button, press the appropriate D3 - B3 keys one by one in order. For example, to specify "95," press the B3 (0), A#3 (9) and F#3 (5) keys in order. F#3 A#3 Lowest key 2 579 1346 8 0 C3 B3 C4 (Tap Tempo) To use Tap Tempo You can change the tempo by simultaneously holding down the [FUNCTION] button and tapping the C4 key (twice or more) at the desired tempo. Restore the default tempo To restore the default tempo, simultaneously hold down the [FUNCTION] button and press the C#4 key. The default tempo depends on the selected Style or Song.
