FM/AM TUNING FM/AM TUNING Automatic tuning There are 2 tuning methods: automatic and manual. INPUT Front panel 2 Press FM/AM on the front panel to select the reception band. 3 Press TUNING MODE on the front panel so that the AUTO indicator lights up in the front panel display. TUNING MODE AUTO/MAN'L AUTO Lights up If the PRESET indicator appears in the front panel display, tuning is not possible. Press PRESET/ TUNING on the front panel so that the PRESET indicator disappears. PRESET/TUNING EDIT PRESET Disappears 4 Press PRESET/TUNING l / h on the front panel once to begin automatic tuning. Press h to tune into a higher frequency, or press l to tune into a lower frequency. When this unit is tuned into a station, the TUNED indicator lights up and the frequency of the received station is shown in the front panel display.
