Please refer to the owner's manual for details of each component. s TAPE/MD 1 TV POWER 2 3 4 5 Notes: • TV POWER and TV VOLUME function if you have preset the code for your TV. • Be sure to preset the proper code for your MD recorder. TAPE MD 1 POWER This button turns the unit on under factory settings. If another code for your tape deck whose remote control has a power button is preset, the button will turn on the tape deck. 2 (REC/PAUSE) Press this button to give a pause in recording on the tape deck. 3 DIR A Press this button to select the playing direction of deck A. 4 (PLAY) TV VOLUME Press this button to play a tape. 5 (REWIND) 6 Press this button to rewind a tape. 7 7 DECK A/B 8 Press this button to select deck A or B on the double 9 cassette tape deck. 0 9 DIR B q Press this button to select the playing direction of deck B. 0 (STOP) Press this button to stop the operation of a tape. q (FAST FORWARD) Press this button to fast forward a tape. 1 POWER This button turns the unit on if you have preset the code for the YAMAHA MD recorder.
