9.4 Trouble with Java After launching your browser and entering your camera's IP address, you'll be asked for the username and password combination (Default is admin/admin, case sensitive.) No User Interface in the Browser This issue could have three possible causes. 1) Java Virtual Machine was not installed. Follow the instructions on-screen to install Java, or you won't have access to the user interface. 2) ActiveX was installed but not enabled. Ensure that ActiveX has been properly registered in Internet Explorer.

Trouble with Java
After launching your browser and entering your camera’s IP address, you’ll be asked for
the username and password combination (Default is admin/admin, case sensitive.)
No User Interface in the Browser
This issue could have three possible causes.
1)
Java Virtual Machine was not installed. Follow the instructions on-screen to
install Java, or you won’t have access to the user interface.
2)
ActiveX was installed but not enabled. Ensure that ActiveX has been properly
registered in Internet Explorer.
