One end of the mounting rail includes hinged bracket with three mounting holes and the other end of the mounting rail includes a hinged bracket with two mounting holes. (1) Using three screws attach the end of the mounting rail with three mounting holes to the front rack. (2) Install the free end of the mounting rail to the rear rack. (3) Do the same thing to the other mounting rail.

Install the mounting rails and rail bracket.

(1)
Using three screws attach the end of the mounting rail with
three mounting holes to the front rack.
(2)
Install the free end of the mounting rail to the rear rack.
(3)
Do the same thing to the other mounting rail.
