70 Parameter SATA Mode Selection SATA Port 0/1/2/3/4/5 Type Multisector Transfer LBA Mode Control 32-bit I/O 4 System BIOS Description Options When set to IDE, the SATA controller disables its RAID and AHCI functions and runs in the IDE emulation mode. You will not have access to the RAID setup utility. When set to AHCI, the SATA controller enables its AHCI functionality. However, its RAID functions will be disabled and you will not be able to access the RAID setup utility at boot time. For more information on AHCI, refer to the SATA AHCI Mode BIOS feature.
