Using iPod mini

To charge the battery using the iPod Power Adapter:

Connect the AC plug adapter to the power adapter (this may already be assembled).

Connect the FireWire cable to the power adapter, and plug the other end of the cable
in to iPod mini.

Plug the power adapter in to a working electrical outlet.
Warning
Make sure the power adapter is fully assembled before plugging it in to an
electrical outlet.
