Electrical requirements User liability It is the responsibility of the user to contact a qualified electrician if a power outlet as described in this manual is not available. WARNING! • Connect to a power outlet with a protective earth. • Do not disconnect the earth connection. • Do not use an adapter. • Do not use an extension cord. Electrical connection • Connect to an individual branch circuit. Minimum 16 AWG required and 15 amps overcurrent-protective device. • The drying cabinet is to be connected to 120V, 1-Phase, 60Hz, and a protective power outlet. The power outlet must be installed and earthed in compliance with applicable regulations. • The drying cabinet is delivered ready for connection with a 79" (2 m) long cable with an earthed plug. • Do not change the cable and plug supplied with the drying cabinet. If the plug does not fit the power outlet, this must be rectified by a qualified electrician. • The drying cabinet must be connected using the supplied connection cable and must not be permanently connected! • The power outlet must be positioned so that the plug can be unplugged when necessary. • As standard, the connection cable is drawn out from the rear of the drying cabinet. If necessary, the connection cable can be drawn out from the top panel via the hole at the back. • Check that the connection current corresponds with the data on the serial number plate and that the main circuit is correctly earthed in compliance with applicable standards. We recommend that the main circuit is fitted with a residual current device. • The manufacturer waives all responsibility if the electrical connection is not made according to the method set out in these operating instructions.
