1.3.2 Value-added solutions Overclocking • adjustable CPU frequency multiple in BIOS using the ASUS JumperFree™ solution • C.P.R. (CPU Parameter Recall) • adjustable CPU VCORE , and DDR memory and AGP voltages • Stepless Frequency Selection (SFS) for fine-tuning system bus frequency from 100MHz up to 250MHz at 1MHz increments Temperature, fan, and voltage monitoring The CPU temperature is monitored by the system to prevent overheating and damage. The system fan rotations per minute (RPM) is monitored for timely failure detection. The system voltage levels are monitored to ensure stable supply of current for critical components. Chassis intrusion detection The motherboard supports chassis intrusion monitoring. A chassis intrusion event is retained in CMOS for more protection.
