Number field: It shows the telephone number and the number of messages. Letter field: It shows the name and the status of a call/message. Phone Time You are connected to the telephone line - your Handset is 'offhook'. Displays the time. Date/Month Displays the date and month. Caller Display Record NEW Message Shows the position in the Caller Display list of the caller display record being received or viewed. Appears when viewing New Caller Display records. Appears when viewing a Caller display entry where an answering machine message was recorded. Flashes when you press the MUTE button to mute the mouthpiece or microphone. Speakerphone XX MESSAGES YY CALLS Appears when the speakerphone function is turned ON. Indicates the total number of answering machine messages recorded (XX from 00 to 59) and the total number of caller display records saved (YY from 00 to 99) . Flashing alternately with the screen above, XX YY indicates the number of new answering machine NEW NEW messages recorded and the number of new caller display records received. 3
