Configuring Error Forwarding

In case of malfunction, for example, external locations can be informed via network (= net
send), SMS, e-mail or batch file. Error forwarding also applies to the malfunction relay.

Informing
Specify the locations to be informed here.
Add
Opens a dialog box. You can add a new recipient who will be
informed in case of malfunction.
Note:
The computer name must not contain any special
characters. The recipient's messenger service must be
started up.
Edit
Opens a dialog box. Data on existing recipients can be
edited.
Select the recipient in the overview and click the button.
Remove
An existing recipient can be removed from the list of those to
be informed.
Select the recipient in the right-hand part of the dialog box in
the overview and click the button.
Testing
Test the connection to the recipient.
Select the recipient in the right-hand part of the dialog box in
the overview and click the button.

Settings
Make the settings here for the e-mail server and the SMS
service.
E-mail server
The e-mail server setup opens after the button is clicked.
