Error Message Unable to Scan XX Wrong Ink Cartridge Wrong Ink Color MFC-J995DW Error Message B&W Print Only Replace ink. Cannot Detect Cause The machine has a mechanical problem. Take out the new ink cartridge and

reinstall it slowly and firmly until it locks
