Level 1 Options Save as Shortcut Level 2 Glass Scan Size Broadcasting Preview Color Setting Delayed Fax Batch TX Real Time TX Overseas Mode Call History Address Book Set New Default Factory Reset - Level 3 Descriptions - Adjust the scan area of the scanner glass to the size of the document. Add Number Send the same fax message to more than one fax number. - Preview a fax message before you send it. - Set whether faxes are sent in black and white or color. Delayed Fax Set the time of day the delayed faxes will be sent. Set Time - Combine delayed faxes to the same fax number at the same time of day into one transmission. - Send a fax without using the memory. - Set to On if you have difficulty sending faxes overseas. Redial Redial the last number you dialed. Outgoing Call Select a number from the Outgoing Call history and then send a fax to it, add it to the Address Book, or delete it. Caller ID History Select a number from the Caller ID History and then send a fax to it, add it to the Address Book, or delete it. (Search:) When LDAP is off, the search is within the Local Address Book. When LDAP is on, the search is within the Local Address Book and LDAP Server. Edit Store Address Book numbers, set up Group numbers for Broadcasting, and change and delete Address Book numbers. - Save your settings as the default. - Restore all settings back to the factory settings. - Save the current settings as a shortcut. (When [Fax Preview] is [On]) Level 1 Sending Faxes Level 2 Pause Level 3 - Address Book (Search:) Edit - Level 4 - - Detail (This will appear only when LDAP is on.) - Apply Descriptions When you are entering a fax or telephone number on the control panel, Pause appears on the LCD. Press Pause when you need a delay while dialing numbers, such as access codes and credit card numbers. You can also store a pause when you set up addresses. When LDAP is off, the search is within the Local Address Book. When LDAP is on, the search is within the Local Address Book and LDAP Server. View detailed information about the selected address.
