O For instructions on installing, refer to the "Software Guide" supplied with your camera. Installation failed. O Are you using Windows XP under a setting other than [Computer administrator] privileges or using Windows 2000 under a setting other than [Administrator] privileges? J You cannot install software if a user setting other than [Computer administrator] privileges or [Administrator] privileges is selected. Select the [Computer administrator] privileges user setting in Windows XP or the [Administrator] privileges user setting in Windows 2000. For detailed information on selecting the user setting, refer to your computer's instruction manual. Software does not work. O Does your computer meet the system requirements for the software? J Check the system requirements (p.0-1). O Is there enough RAM (memory)? J Check the system requirements (p.0-1). O Is the screen resolution less than [1024 by 768 pixels]? J Specify [1024 by 768 pixels] or more for the screen resolution (p.0-1). O Is the color quality less than [Medium (16 bit)]? J Specify [Medium (16 bit)] or more for the color quality (p.0-1). O Are multiple applications running? J Exit any applications other than ZoomBrowser EX. Even if your computer has the RAM capacity (memory) described in system requirements (p.0-1), if other application is running at the same time as ZoomBrowser EX, you may not have sufficient RAM (memory). Troubleshooting
If you could not complete the installation correctly, software does not work, or you could not
display images with ZoomBrowser EX, consult the items described below.
For instructions on installing, refer to the “Software Guide” supplied with your camera.
Are you using Windows XP under a setting other than [Computer
administrator] privileges or using Windows 2000 under a setting other than
[Administrator] privileges?
You cannot install software if a user setting other than [Computer administrator]
privileges or [Administrator] privileges is selected. Select the [Computer administrator]
privileges user setting in Windows XP or the [Administrator] privileges user setting in
Windows 2000. For detailed information on selecting the user setting, refer to your
computer’s instruction manual.
Does your computer meet the system requirements for the software?
