Precautions • Before using the camera for an important event such as a wedding, be sure to take test shots to make sure the camera operates properly. • EOS cameras have a lens mount fitted with electronic contacts for dedicated operation (autofocusing, exposure control, etc.) with EF lenses. Using a non-EF lens with an EOS camera may not result in proper camera or lens operation. Also, the warranty does not cover any camera malfunction or damage occurring with the use of non-Canon accessories. Attaching the Neck Strap After inserting the end of the neck strap through the eyelet, insert the end through the clasp and under the outer strap as shown in the figure. Pull the strap to make sure it does not slip off. cm„ 3
